International Access to Turbobridge

Toll Access (International Long Distance)

Callers can make an international call to the TurboBridge Toll Access Number (+1-805-309-2350, or any other Toll Access Number). Callers are responsible for international long distance charges billed by the caller's phone company. Usage is considered as Toll Access minutes, and billed according to your Service Plan (no charge to you if you are enrolled in a Flat Rate Toll Plan). Callers need to first dial a country-specific exit code (e.g., 00 in the U.K. or 0011 in Australia), followed by 1-805-309-2350.

Dialing Toll-Free Numbers Outside the U.S.A.   Callers can dial TurboBridge Toll-Free Access Numbers from Canada. (You pay 7.9¢/minute for calls that originate in Canada.) Some phone companies in other countries (such as the U.K.) do allow callers to dial U.S.A. toll-free numbers, but the caller is charged for those calls, and the per-minute rate may be higher than dialing the U.S. Toll Access Number at regular international long distance rates. Calls to the Toll-Free Number from outside the U.S. (other than from Canada) are charged to your account at the normal domestic toll-free rate associated with your Service Plan. Since there is no cost-savings for you or your callers, dialing the Toll-Free number internationally is not recommended.

Skype

There are two options for Skype users to reach your TurboBridge conference calls:

1. Skype Access – Callers can connect directly to TurboBridge over the Internet, at no charge to them. (Your TurboBridge account is charged 1¢/minute for Skype Access, but there is no charge to the Skype caller.) Click here for additional information.
2. Use Skype's "Call Phones" Feature – Callers can use the "Call Phones" feature to dial any TurboBridge Toll Access Number, such as the standard number, +1 (805) 309-2350. Skype charges a per-minute or per-month fee for calling regular phone numbers (the monthly fee for unlimited minutes to the U.S. is $2.99 or less). These calls are treated as Toll Access minutes for TurboBridge (the 1¢/minute Skype Access charge does not apply). If you have a Flat Rate Toll Plan with TurboBridge, you will incur no charges when Skype callers dial a Toll Access Number.

iNum

iNum is a service that provide a network of dial-in numbers in several cities around the world. Callers dial an iNum access number, and then enter TurboBridge's iNum number:
883-510-001-399-900.

iNum usage is treated as Toll Access minutes for pricing purposes (free if you are enrolled in a Flat Rate Toll Plan). Click here for the list of dial-in numbers by country.

SIP Broker

SIP Broker is a free service that also provides a network of dial-in numbers in several cities around the world. Callers dial an SIP Broker access number, and then enter TurboBridge's Toll-Free Access Number:  1-800-309-2350.
