About the Live Conference Manager

Powerful Web Dashboard for Your Conference Hosts

Conference Hosts can monitor and control conference calls with the Live Conference Manager web dashboard, accessible via the Host a Call button at the top of the TurboBridge website. Access to the Live Conference Manager is accessible by providing 4-digit Host PIN that you assign to a particular conference bridge. Conference Hosts can modify default settings, manage live calls, view recent activity reports and download conference recordings.

Conference Hosts vs. Account Adminstrators.   Conference Hosts can access the Live Conference Manager, which gives them full control of a conference bridge, but they cannot access billing information, change the Conference ID or Host PIN, or enable Toll-Free Access for that bridge. Only Account Administrators can perform those tasks by logging into the Account Manager, accessed via the My Account button, using the Administrator's email address and password. In this way, your organization can assign conference bridges to multiple individuals or departments, allowing them to manage their own bridges – while the organization retains centralized administration and expense control.
