Your use of TurboBridge's services is at all times subject to our Terms and Conditions, which incorporate this Privacy Policy. Any terms we use in this Policy without defining them have the definitions given to them in our Terms and Conditions.

Scope

This Privacy Policy covers our treatment of personally identifiable information that we gather when you are accessing or using our services, but does not speak to the practices of companies we don't own or control, or people that we don't manage.

Information Collection and Use

We may collect personal information from you on our website for the following purposes: (a) to establish and manage your account, including to provide notifications to you regarding your account; (b) to provide you information or support your request; (c) to inform you about new services and solicit your adoption of these services; (d) to help us develop new services and features that meet your needs; and (e) to bill and collect for services to satisfy TurboBridge's legitimate business interests. The information we request may include personally identifiable information such as your name, billing address, telephone number, e-mail address or credit card information. It is solely your choice whether or not you provide this personally identifiable information. However, should you choose not to provide the information, we may be unable to process an order or fulfill a service.

We also collect IP addresses for system administration. While an IP address does not identify an individual by name, it can reveal what geographic area you are connecting from, or which ISP you are using; it may also, with the cooperation of the ISP, be used to locate and identify an individual. Finally, if you access our website through a third-party website, we may collect an HTTP header field identifying such website.

Upon canceling your TurboBridge account, you have the right to request deletion of your account information, subject to our need to keep appropriate archives for our business operations.

Information Provided to Third Parties

TurboBridge does not sell, rent, or trade any personally identifying information with others. However, when one or more of our business partners co-sponsors a service, we may share some or all of the information collected in connection with such service. If we intend to share such information, you will be notified prior to the collection of that information. If you do not want your information to be shared, you will be able to choose not to allow the transfer by not using or signing up for the service in question.

We may contract with third parties to provide technology or services that facilitate the TurboBridge service. To the extent they have access to any of our user information, such third parties are fully bound by an obligation of confidentiality to TurboBridge and may not use any personally-identifiable information provided by us other than as expressly instructed by us and in strict compliance with the terms of this Privacy Policy. We may provide your email address to third parties to enable them to communicate directly with you regarding services that we provide to you, which may include customer satisfaction surveys.
