Toll-Free Pricing Options
TurboBridge gives you the option of enabling callers to connect to your conference bridges by dialing a toll-free number. (Callers can dial 1-800-309-2350 toll-free across the U.S. & Canada.) A per-minute charge applies for each caller who connects using Toll-Free Access. You can enable or disable toll-free access for any bridge at any time via the TurboBridge Account Manager.
Standard Toll-Free Pricing
The per-minute rate for toll-free access is based on your selected Service Plan. The following rates apply (for U.S. callers) if you do not have prepaid minutes available. (The standard rate for toll-free access from Canada is 7.9¢/minute, regardless of Service Plan.) Charges are billed monthly on a “pay-as-you-go” basis.

3.9¢ Prepaid Minutes
Regardless of your selected Service Plan, you may purchase Prepaid Minutes on either a one-time or automatic-renewal basis. The cost is $39 for 1,000 Prepaid Minutes (3.9¢ per minute). Depending on your Service Plan, you may also have the option of purchasing 5,000 Prepaid Minutes for $195 (also 3.9¢/minute).
- One-Time Prepaid Purchase. You may make a one-time purchase of Prepaid Minutes via the online Account Manager, and the purchased minutes are immediately added to your Prepaid Account.
- AutoPrepaid Plan. You may enroll in an automatic recharge plan, under which your Prepaid Account will be automatically replenished when the Prepaid Account balance reaches zero. You can deactivate the AutoPrepaid Plan at any time. The use of an AutoPrepaid Plan in conjunction with one of our Flat Rate Plans ensures that all Toll-Free Minutes will be priced at discounted rates.
Prepaid Minutes Never Expire. You don't have to worry about not using your Prepaid Minutes, since they do not expire. Also, if you switch Service Plans, any Prepaid Balance will carry forward to your new plan.
While you may prefer that most of your callers access your TurboBridge conferences using one of the free or discounted connection options (Toll Access, TurboBridge, Skype or SIP Access), Toll-Free Access can be important for clients and invited guests to your conferences.
Universal Service Fund surcharges apply to all toll-free charges, including the purchase of prepaid toll-free minutes. You will not receive a refund for any unused Prepaid Minutes if you cancel your TurboBridge service.
